Accommodation
The camp boasts six tastefully appointed tented suites, an embodiment of comfort and style. Each features double beds, an indoor shower, a double-basin vanity unit and a separate toilet. To add to your convenience, there is a writing desk in the classic Out of Africa style, along with charging points for all your photography needs. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, an electronic safe, a complimentary tea-and-coffee station, and a yoga mat. Usawa is powered by 100% solar energy.
Food & drink
Meals are served in camp or outside when conditions allow, with early breakfasts and flexible timings arranged around game drives. Dietary requirements can be catered for with advance notice.

Encounter remarkable wildlife, including lions, elephant, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, spotted and striped hyenas, cheetah and a diverse array of antelopes. For a more intimate experience, embark on a walking safari with an armed guide, or from a hot air balloon!
Planning your stay
Choose the confirmed operating location before settling on the wider route. Three or four nights gives Usawa’s small-camp safari time to unfold. Pair with Ngorongoro or Zanzibar for contrast; another Serengeti stay should introduce a different area rather than duplicate the same daily experience.
